When we think of recreational activities, we normally envision children running around a playground or adults playing a game to stay active and physically healthy. However, we rarely think about recreations for us as a couple to nourish our relationship. So, this section will include recommended books, movies, stories, and activities to keep you in communion with your partner and in touch with your fun side. You're welcome to send your own recommendations and ideas to Decodelife@before730.com.
Lovers’ Lane
There is nothing like quiet time with a lover. All worries and stresses from the day are put aside. Your mind is at peace, your being is readily present, and your body is ready for some TLC. Before you retire for the night, add some pizzazz and color to your evening. Yes, everyone is busy and usually on the go. However, a little date night fun is in order at least twice a month. Keep the fire burning. Keep the love fresh.
This section will list some fun indoor and outdoor activities that couples could enjoy on any wind-down days.

Movies
I love a good movie, especially black and white classical, as much as I love to read. I know, I’m an old soul. My eldest son cannot understand how I can sit there and watch these old black-and-white movies like they’re the latest rave. There is something inexplicable and awesome about a good movie that makes me think and see things in a different light than before. So, I've comprised this list of some movies and plays on DVD (listed in chronological order by release year) that you'll likely enjoy. They are entertaining, but each one will certainly make you think about life, laugh, or cry.
